General Information for Motorcoach Trips
Pickups:
Pickups for motorcoach trips are as follows:
1. Patriots Square, Route 134, Dennis
2. Hyannis, KMart Plaza, route 132 in Hyannis (across the street from the Cape Cod Mall)
3. Sagamore Commuter lot, wait at the enclosures.
Signing up for a trip is easy - simply call me with your name, number of people traveling, pickup location, your address and phone number. Space will be held on a tentative basis for you when reserving a trip; however I reserve the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not received in a timely manner. Please see deposit schedule below.
The person that made the reservation will receive an invoice approximately 45 days prior to the trip with departure times, pickup locations, menu selections and any balance due listed. For an overnight trip, you will receive an separate package containing luggage tags and an itinerary approximately 30 days prior to departure. Please read over the invoices and itineraries, since you may need to call the office with lunch or dinner selections prior to the trip. Your requested pickup location will be printed on this information, as well. If you would like to change your pickup location, please call the office to make that change.
Gratuities:
Gratuities for driver, tour escort and local step-on guides are included in your package. Gratuities for any included meals are also included in your package price, as are gratuities for luggage handling. Housekeeping gratuities are not included in your package unless specified on your itinerary.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
I am obligated to make financial commitments and payments to my suppliers prior to a tours departure based on your anticipated participation. Once I have guaranteed the number of passengers to my suppliers (attractions, restaurants, hotels, etc), I am invoiced for that number of passengers. If you cancel after that point, I am still obligated to pay for your attractions, restaurants and hotel expenses. For this reason, I have instituted the following deposit and cancellation policies.

Full payment is due to hold your space and is refundable up to 15 days prior to the trip
No refund for cancellations 14 days or less prior to the trips departure
DAY TRIPS WITH THEATRE OR EVENT TICKETS:
Trips under $100 require full payment to reserve
trips over $ 100 require $50 to reserve
Balance is due 45 days prior to the trips departure
Payments are not refundable unless your ticket is resold
OVERNIGHT TRIPS WITHOUT THEATRE OR EVENT TICKETS:
$ 50 per person deposit is required to reserve the trip

$ 50 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the trip
Balance is due 45 days prior to trip departure
Payment minus initial deposit is refundable up to 31 days prior to the trip unless ticket is resold
No refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to the trips departure
Unexpected things do happen, and I recommend purchasing travel insurance on the overnight trips to cover yourself in the case of an emergency or illness. A trip insurance flyer will be mailed to you with your invoice.
