Cheer on the Red Sox at Fenway Park from our Pavillion Box Seats (section 13).  You’ll love these SEATS – there are NO SUPPORT BEAMS TO OBSTRUCT YOUR VIEW, and you’ll be able to see where the fly balls are headed!  Our Pavillion Box is located just beyond 1st base, and our seats begin in row A  – these are GREAT SEATS!  Due to the popularity of the games, full payment is required to reserve your seats, and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and resell your ticket if payment is not received in a timely manner.  Ticketing is assigned when we receive your payment.  The game is scheduled for 7:10 pm, and you’ll have time to enjoy dinner & batting practice before the game.

“Jersey Boys”

Jersey Boys is the hit Broadway musical based on the life story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. The musical chronicles the lives of a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide -- all before they were thirty. Jersey Boys features their hit songs "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh What a Night," and "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," among others. Don’t miss out on this smash hit!  We have orchestra seating for the 2:00 pm show at Providence Performing Arts Center, and you’ll have time for lunch before the show. Rockport & Gloucester’s Hammond Castle & Harbor Cruise

Hammond Castle MuseumEnjoy an early summers day in the beautiful seaside artist colony of Rockport and the fishing village of Gloucester.  In Rockport, browse the shops and galleries, and take in the beautiful views, and enjoy lunch on your own. We’ll tour beautiful Hammond Castle in Gloucester.  Built in 1926 by John Hays Hammond, Jr., his medieval-style castle served as both as his home and as a backdrop for his collection of Roman, medieval, and Renaissance artifacts.  In addition, the building housed the Hammond Research Corp, from which Dr. Hammond produced over 400 patents and the ideas for over 800 inventions.  Second only to Thomas Edison in number of patents, John Hammond was one of America's premier inventors. To end our day, we’ll enjoy a relaxing scenic, narrated 1 ½ hour cruise on Gloucester Harbor and Cape Ann.  We’ll learn about the rich fishing history of this area, see some of the beautiful homes along the harbor (including Hammond Castle) and we will pull some lobster traps just like a real Gloucester fishermen!

Strawberry Banke & Portsmouth Harbor Cruise

Stroll back in time at beautiful Strawberry Banke Museum in Portsmouth, NH.  Tour the many historic houses and gardens that date back to the early 1900’s.  A delicious lunch is included at Warrens Lobster House – choice of Seafood Newburg, Fried Baby Shrimp, Filet of Haddock, Crab Crusted Salmon, Teriyaki Sirloin Tips & Chicken Parmesan.  Next our local guide will tour us through Portsmouth's historic downtown as we hear fascinating stories of early settlers, patriots, ship builders, and entrepreneurs. Unlike those who settled other colonies for religious reasons, they came to Portsmouth to find their fortune.  After our bus tour we’ll take a narrated Portsmouth Harbor Cruise that will take you through nearly 400 years of the harbor’s history while enjoying views of lighthouses, forts and mansions.

Mackinac Island Lilac Festival, Frankenmuth & Dearborn, Michigan

The smell of lilacs fill the air at Mackinac Island, and you’ll enjoy the serene peace of this island, located between Lake Huron and Lake Michigan.  We’ll start our vacation in Niagara Falls, where we’ll visit both the American and Canadian sides of the falls.  You’ll have free time to take the Maid of the Mist cruise, take a journey behind the falls or do some shopping before we head to Frankenmuth, known as “Michigan’s Little Bavaria,” where we will stay for two nights at the Bavarian Inn Lodge.  We’ll have dinner with live German entertainment on our first night.  We’ll see the sights and learn about this quaint town’s history on a Frankenmuth City tour with our local guide, and then we’ll learn how to make strudel with a strudel-making experience, and sample three German wines at our wine tasting complete with cheese and crackers.  And no trip to Frankenmuth would be complete without a stop at Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland!  Then, we’ll take a short ferry ride across the Straits of Mackinac to Mackinac Island, which is truly a step back in time, as there are no motorized cars on the island.  Our hotel, the Lake View Hotel, is located in the downtown, close to many shops, restaurants and the ferry dock, and we will stay there for two nights in their newly renovated rooms.  Dinner is at the hotel the first night. We’ll take a one-hour and forty-five minute horse-drawn narrated Carriage tour of the island, with a stop at the historic Grand Hotel, where we will stop for their Grand Buffet Luncheon.  You’ll have time to stroll the expansive porch and take a self-guided tour of the hotel before the carriage picks you up returns you to our hotel.  Then, we’ll travel to Dearborn, Michigan, where we will overnight for two nights at the historic, four-star Dearborn Inn.  We’ll visit the massive Henry Ford Museum, where you’ll find thousands of artifacts that bring American ideas and innovations to life, and take the Ford Rouge Factory Tour to get behind-the-scenes view of the factory’s complex web of robots, lifts, conveyors, hydraulics, chutes and cranes that make this one of the most envied manufacturing facilities in the world.  We’ll also spend an afternoon at Greenfield Village to experience the sights, sounds and sensations of America’s past.  There are over 80 authentic buildings that have been moved to the site, including Noah Webster’s home, the home of the Wright brothers, and Thomas Edison’s laboratory.  You will be able to ride an authentic Model T, “pull” glass with world-class artisans, and more on this journey into the past.  Cruise down memory lane all weekend at Greenfield Villages Motor Muster Weekend, where you can view a fantastic exhibition of more than 700 cars, bicycles, motorcycles, trucks and other vehicles from the 1930s to the 1970s. Step back to the glorious era of American muscle cars and enjoy demonstrations, pass-in-review parades, expert historic insights, hands-on activities, food, music and more.  Our hotel is located across the street, so you can leave the village to relax at the hotel for a bit, and then return to Greenfield Village later in the day.  We’ll overnight again in Niagara Falls before returning to the Cape, and enjoy a delicious dinner overlooking the falls on our last night.

Boston Duck ToursAlways a fun day in Boston!  Start the day at Maggianos where we’ll enjoy a 5 course Italian feast  where you are guaranteed to leave full!  Then we’ll board our DUCK as we cruise by all the places that make Boston the birthplace of freedom and a city of firsts, from the golden-domed State House to Bunker Hill and the Fleet Center, Government Center to fashionable Newbury Street, Quincy Market to the Prudential Tower and more.  Your ConDUCKtor will give you lots of little known facts and interesting insights about this unique city, then, splashdown into the Charles River for a breathtaking view of the Boston and Cambridge skylines.  After the tour you’ll have some free time to browse the shops on Newbury Street or the Prudential Center, or take the elevator to the Skywalk Observatory at the top of the Pru.

Rangeley Inn “Moose Safari”

Travel to central Maine’s serene Rangeley Lake to enjoy the beauty of the area and watch for moose and other wildlife.  We’ll enjoy a welcome reception that includes punch and hors d’oeuvres with the innkeepers, and a delicious dinner is served in the main dining room (Prime Rib, Salmon, or stuffed haddock).  After dinner, we’ll be treated to an authentic Maine Storyteller, “Jeep,” who will entertain us with his trials, travels and Maine humor.  We’ll head out for a morning canoe ride with our naturalist guides (there is easy entry into the canoe and this is an experience not to be missed!).  This peaceful paddle is a great way to start the morning, and you never know what wildlife we will find on our journey.  Then, travel back to the 18th and 19th century Maine at the Washburn-Norlands Living History Center, a living museum and working farmstead operating under methods of the 1800’s.  The entire estate has been preserved to maintain its original splendor with five original buildings including the Mansion, Library, School House, Meeting House and Carriage House.  The Washburn’s weremoose-1.jpg one of the great political and industrial dynasties of the 19th century, with seven sons serving the country in positions such as governor and Secretary of State, and their achievements include founding the Gold Medal Flour Company, and inventing a typewriter.  Enjoy an included lunch before we return to the hotel and watch Rodney, the “Mad Whittler” transform a log into an adorable bear sculpture using only a chainsaw.  Then, enjoy a BBQ dinner (steak or chicken) in the pavilion before taking a “moose safari” on our motorcoach with our guide.  Package Includes: two nights accommodations at the Rangeley Inn, welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres, two dinners, two breakfasts, one lunch, Norlands Living History Center, morning canoe ride with naturalist, guided moose safari, Jeep the storyteller and Rodney the Mad Whittler.

Boston’s North End Culinary Tour

“Lobsterfest” at the Beacon Resort

Downeaster Rail & Sail

Downeaster SouthboundCalling all train enthusiasts! In Colonial times, Maine shipbuilders created some of the finest sailing vessels ever built, and called them "Downeasters." Today, Amtrak's sleek and sophisticated Downeaster train runs between Boston and Portland, Maine with a magical journey along the New England shoreline.  Along the Downeaster route you'll find historic colonial cities, beautiful beaches & quaint villages, and you’ll love the comfortable coach!  We’ll board the train at Boston’s North Station and begin our journey to Portland.  Once there, we’ll meet our bus and enjoy free time for lunch in Portland’s exciting downtown.  After lunch enjoy a narrated 90 minute scenic cruise through the busy Portland harbor and innermost islands to see lighthouses, forts, lobster boats, seals, and seabirds. Four lighthouses can be seen up close with as many as seven in view during the cruise, including a closeup view of Maine’s oldest and most photographed lighthouse, Portland Head Light!  Before heading for home you’ll have time to browse the shops in downtown Portland.
